Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026Purpose
These terms of service (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern access to and use of the Band Flow platform (hereinafter “the Service”), which allows artists, organizers and studios to showcase their work, publish news, events and releases, and lets the public discover them.
Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Access to the Service
The Service is free to use. Public profiles can be browsed freely; creating and managing profiles requires an account.
No paid offer is currently marketed. When the Premium offer launches, it will be governed by the sales conditions.
User account
When creating an account, users agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Login credentials are strictly personal: users are responsible for their confidentiality and for any activity performed from their account.
Users may delete their account at any time from their personal area.
User content
Users retain ownership of the content they publish (profiles, biographies, images, articles, events, releases). By publishing it, they grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to hosting, displaying and distributing that content on the Service.
Each user warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the content they publish.
Prohibited content
It is prohibited to publish content that is:
- unlawful or infringing third-party rights (counterfeiting, defamation, invasion of privacy);
- hateful, discriminatory, violent or pornographic;
- misleading, fraudulent or impersonating someone else;
- spam or any other abusive use of the Service.
Moderation
The Publisher may remove any content that breaches these Terms and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, suspend or delete the account concerned. Where possible, the user is informed beforehand.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher strives to ensure its availability and security but cannot guarantee absolutely uninterrupted service. The Publisher is not responsible for content published by users, who bear sole responsibility for it.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable regulations. Users are informed of any substantial change; the applicable version is the one published on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance falls, failing amicable resolution, within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
