Sales Conditions

Preamble

No paid offer is currently marketed on Band Flow: every available feature is free.

These sales conditions describe the framework that will apply to the paid Premium offer once it launches. They will be supplemented and, where necessary, revised at that time; no subscription can be taken out before then.

Premium offer (upcoming)

The Premium offer will take the form of a monthly or annual subscription attached to a profile. The planned price starts at €5 (VAT included) per month. The exact price, commitment period and details of the included features will be displayed before any subscription.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions will be taken out online, from the management area of the profile concerned. Payment will be processed by a secure payment provider; the accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of subscription.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription will renew automatically at each term (monthly or annual). It may be cancelled at any time from the profile management area; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period, at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to online services, the terms for exercising the right of withdrawal (fourteen-day period, consequences of requesting immediate performance of the service) will be presented in detail at the time of subscription.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued for each payment and will remain available from the profile management area.
